Hello!
Does Ray Southwell know that when Joseph Bottini got exposed for his corrupt Brady violations in the Stephen’s case-and consequently had the Steven’s, Kott, Kohring, and Weyhraoh cases dismissed-that he was the lead prosecutor on my case?
When Bottini got in all that trouble, he knew that anything he touched was tainted. So, he removed his name from my case. Look at the Dkt. It’s Bottini’s name on everything until the truth about him came out in late 2011 and early 2012. Then he’s nowhere to be found, ON PAPER. But he came in and sat on the front row of the gallery and whispered instructions in Skrocki’s ear for my whole trial. I don’ think he missed one day! He directed the whole trial.
So, while Bottini was facing possible jail time for sending men he KNOWS are innocent to prison, he’s right back at it doing the exact same thing, only on the down-low from the gallery, in my case.
This guy is like a dope fiend! He can’t help himself. He is out-of-control-addicted to the high he gets from sending good, innocent men to prison with lies.
And he does it the same way every time: He puts a liar-for-hire on the stand to commit intentional perjury against the innocent/accused. Then, he hides the evidence from the defense so they can’t meaningfully cross examine Bottini’s liar-for-hire witness.
It really is a hard-core addiction for Bottini. For him to need to do this so bad that he sneaks into the courtroom and whispers over the BAR so he can do it one last before he possibly goes to jail for it, is just mind boggling and pathetic. Joseph Bottini has all the signs of being criminally insane. And I’m one of his victims.
It’s the thrill of the power trip that he’s after. I’m sure when he started out years ago, it was a thrill and a power trip for him to send a guilty criminal to prison. But the excitement wore off. And it took something more kinky and wrong to give him the thrill he needs.
Think about a rush it must have been for him to have all the proof that JR Olson was lying, to know I was innocent, to know I knew he knew I was innocent, and then to look over at me and watch the color drain out of my face when that ill-gotten guilty verdict came back. What a thrill of power and sly deviant self delight he must have felt.
That’s the only time he feels alive; when he’s sucking the life out of someone else. And I got the life sucked out of me that day. Bottini has the same compulsions as a serial killer. CREEPY!

During my conversation with Senator Dan Sullivan, He mentioned those that prosecuted Sen Ted Stevens. My request to the senator. Making him aware that he has the power invested in him to call for an “Inquiry and Investigation ” into the U.S. Justice Department of the Free Schaeffer Cox case.” I encourage others to do the same.” Sincerely, Frank Turney
