Let’s pray they do the right thing and grant the rehearing. Then, at the rehearing, let’s pray they will do the right thing and drop the conspiracy charge. If they drop the conspiracy charge, then Schaeffer will be resentenced on the weapons charges. Let’s pray that will mean, time served, and Schaeffer walks out of prison a free man!!!
