We just had a BIG win in court. There’s a chance I could actually be out and see all of you, and my children, within a few months. This battle could be over soon.
For the past 7 years we have been trying to force my prosecutors — Steve Skrocki and Joe Bottini — to hand over the evidence they have been illegally hiding all this time. Finally today the Judge ordered them to do so.
My lawyer had written up a proposed order for the judge to sign. But the judge scrapped that order and wrote his own. Which was actually stronger and more forceful than what we’d asked for. This is great!
Of course, the prosecutor’s still trying to lie and hide evidence. That’s what they always do. But thanks to YOU and your donations to my legal defense, we are slowly getting the truth on the record and boxing these corrupt DoJ conmen in. Thank you!
Because of YOU we have had the money to keep running them out of options. YOUR financial support is why these prosecutors aren’t getting a free pass on their lies. YOU are the hero in this story. Skrocki keeps having to tell more lies to cove up his last lie, and now he can’t keep up with them all. It takes money to keep the pressure on him like this. It’s expensive to keep my attorneys two steps ahead of him, debunking his BS and excuses. But we ARE running him down, and he’s starting to falter. Let’s keep after him and finish him off.
Is there any way you could donate $35 or $22 dollars to my defense fund right away?
If that’s too much of a stretch, could you do $15 this week and another $15 in two weeks from now?

This isn’t just about me. Yes, I want out of this black-site torture prison. Yes, I’m sick of seeing my friends martyred by Jihadi terrorists. Yes, I want to feel the sun on my face again, to smell the earth, and come back from the dead. But more than all that, my children need their father back. My 8 year old daughter has seen me one time in her life. One time! My 11 year old son is now old enough to comprehend the injustice of what was done to his family by the Feds.
Without cause, The Secret Police stormed into our house and just tore our family to bits! Where did America go? When did the Red Guard take over The Land of The Free and The Home of The Brave? My country is fighting for its very life. My struggle is its struggle right now.

Mr. Cox, I heard about your case months ago on a Christian ministry broadcast and tried to find out more about you but could find nothing . Tonight while listening to utube I heard an update on the next news network and your song was played, I was shocked. My heart is hurting for you and your family and I pray that you will be an overcomer in this and come out of prison a force to be reckoned with in this country.
